Why are there two ordering platforms?

We created the Swedish Sweets Wholesale Direct platform to serve customers who are not active on Faire.com or who prefer to place wholesale orders directly with us.
Our goal is to make ordering Swedish candy as simple and flexible as possible for all of our business partners.


What is the difference between Faire and Swedish Sweets Wholesale Direct?

Here’s a quick overview to help you decide which platform is best for your business:

Faire First-Time Discount

If you’re new to Faire and sign up through our direct link, you’ll receive a special sign-up offer, including a discount and 1 year of free shipping to our Faire shop.

Note: Your Faire account must be created through our direct link for this offer to apply.

Faire Insider Partner

If you’re a Faire Insider member, you can take advantage of free shipping on qualifying orders.
We highly recommend this option if you’re already an Insider member!

Net Terms & Credit

Faire offers net terms up to 60 days from the date of invoice — giving retailers more time to pay.

Swedish Sweets Wholesale Direct, however, does not currently offer net terms.
All direct orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase before being added to the order queue.


What is the order minimum?

Our minimum order value is $500.00 for all orders.


International Shipping

All orders shipping outside the United States must be placed through our Faire platform.
This ensures compliance with international customs, tariffs, and shipping regulations.


What is Faire Insider?

Faire Insider is Faire’s monthly paid membership program for U.S. retailers.
Members enjoy:

  • Free shipping on thousands of selected brands (including ours).

  • Some orders may require a minimum purchase of $300 to qualify.

You do not need to be a Faire Insider to order from Swedish Sweets Wholesale — the membership is completely optional.


How do I report damaged or missing items for orders placed on Swedish Sweets Wholesale Direct?

Please contact us at info@shopswedishsweets.com if you receive damaged or missing items from a direct order.
Our team will assist you with a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
