Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock and will be sourced specifically for you in our upcoming shipments.
Pre-order items typically ship within 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the shipping method used:
- Air freight: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Sea freight (container shipments): typically around 4 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks depending on container consolidation and shipping schedules.
Please note that we often consolidate shipments to fill containers efficiently. While the average container lead time is about 4 weeks, delays may occur due to logistics, container scheduling, or customs processing.
Because pre-order products are purchased specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays, including delays caused by customs inspections or shipping carriers.
If you are unsure about the expected lead time for a specific item, please contact us before placing your order. We can provide an estimate and inform you whether the item is likely to ship by air freight or sea freight, depending on our upcoming shipments.
