Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Import Compliance
At Swedish Sweets Wholesale, we currently ship all products within the United States. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products purchased from us comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including food safety standards, import regulations, and product labeling requirements.
If you are an international customer, your order must be processed and shipped through our Faire storefront — no exceptions.
Swedish Sweets Wholesale is not responsible for regulatory compliance if products are exported, resold, or distributed outside of the United States. If you choose to do so, you assume full responsibility for meeting the import laws, tariffs, and regulations of the destination country. Any such actions are entirely at your own risk, and Swedish Sweets Wholesale cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the resale or distribution of our products outside U.S. borders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for international resale or shipment to regions where our products may be restricted or prohibited.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase meet all legal requirements in the state or jurisdiction where they will be sold or used. Swedish Sweets Wholesale assumes no liability for any noncompliance with local regulations.
Shipping Services
Swedish Sweets Wholesale uses real-time shipping rates from UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Customers may request to use their own UPS or FedEx account number for shipping, but Swedish Sweets Wholesale does not guarantee that this request will be accommodated.
Shipping Costs
Customers may select a preferred shipping option at checkout. If a free shipping option is available, Swedish Sweets Wholesale reserves the right to choose the most cost-effective carrier and service method.
Flat Rate Handling Fee
A $10.00 flat handling fee applies to all orders.
To reduce breakage and ensure product quality, certain items originally packaged in plastic containers may be repacked into resealable bags. We also use reinforced boxes for better shipping protection.
Freight LTL Shipping
Freight (LTL – Less Than Truckload) shipping is available upon request.

Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless the customer arranges their own carrier pickup.
Please note that certain destinations may require special arrangements such as refrigerated transport or remote-access delivery.
Additional charges may apply for expedited or specialized services, including but not limited to: lift gate, inside delivery, restricted access, appointment deliveries, or delivery notifications.
Cold Shipping
Some items may require cold shipping to maintain product quality.
If required, additional fees will be applied and communicated prior to shipment.
Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Quality Issues:
If you receive a product with quality concerns, contact us immediately for a return authorization.
2. Shipping Damages:
If your order was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or credit.

Provide photos of all damaged items.

If delivered by truck, damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and signed by the driver.

Claims without such documentation cannot be accepted.
3. Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct one at no additional cost if available.
If the correct item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the incorrect item.
Please include photos of the unopened incorrect product.
Return Authorizations and Process
All returns require prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to us or made available for pickup within 48 hours.
Credits are calculated on a per-unit basis and only cover the value of the returned or damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods.

Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

Products not in their original, unused condition (unless otherwise authorized).
Limitations of Liability
Swedish Sweets Wholesale’s liability is limited to replacement or credit for the product as outlined above.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects, delays, or shipping issues, regardless of cause.
Credits and Refunds
Credits for returned or damaged items are based on the unit price at the time of purchase and may only be applied toward future purchases.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and according to Swedish Sweets Wholesale’s policies.
Governing Terms
By placing an order, you agree to these shipping, return, and credit terms.
Swedish Sweets Wholesale reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, as permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute, all claims shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Swedish Sweets Wholesale operates.
